Disputes

These terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes must be resolved in Meredith, NH.

Except for seeking an injunction or for Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims, disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration (AAA Commercial Rules). No class actions are allowed.

Arbitration costs, attorney fees, and damages may be awarded as appropriate.

General Terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it should be modified or removed to remain valid.

You may not assign your agreement with the company. We may assign it to an affiliate or acquirer.

These terms are the complete agreement and override any prior discussions or agreements about forum use.
